Not only is it beginning to look like Christmas, but it is definitely smelling like it too as June kicks the making of Christmas goodies into high gear. Chex mix, fudge, bourbon balls, peanut brittle — it’s all on the menu this year, including some new additions like Kahlua balls. And thankfully one of my favorites, her soice pecans. Below are the said pecans, cooling after being toasted briefly in the oven. Boy, is this a yummy time of year!
